I’ve been in love with these custom made wings from Leah Marie Couture for a while. These wings are hand crafted from ostrich feathers, and the way they move and flow with the body allow the possibility for some creative boudoir photographs.
I knew I wanted to do something extra special with these wings once they arrived, so I partnered with my friend, male model Zachary Howell, to do a special Halloween inspired male boudoir session.
We had originally planned on doing a fallen angel/wooded forest themed boudoir session, but at the last minute decided that the cityscape and downtown buildings in and around Oklahoma City would add a unique backdrop and a more grounded feel to the overall boudoir session.
Zach was (and always is) amazing to work with, and was up for anything. Completing a creative project always gets me excited and gets the creative juices flowing, which I then utilize when working with my boudoir clients to help inspire their boudoir sessions.
Below are some highlights from the photoshoot. I hope you enjoy!
